How to Receive Your Order in Vietnam
We want to make sure you get your natural products without any stress. Delivering packages in Vietnam can sometimes be tricky, so our delivery team needs a little extra information.
1 Give Us Your Phone Number
When you order, please share a Vietnamese phone number that can receive calls. The delivery person will call to find your exact location because an address alone may not be enough. If language is an issue, Zalo can make communication easier.
2 Be Ready to Answer the Phone
The shipping company cannot provide an exact arrival time, so please be available to answer and arrange delivery. They will normally try two or three times; if nobody answers, the order has to be returned to us.
3 Ordering to a Hotel? No Problem!
Send us the hotel name, address, and receptionist’s phone number. Leave payment with the receptionist. The courier can hand over the package and collect payment even if you are not there.
